CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
In case conference is cancelled or postponed, should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of the revised dates.
- 50% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellation made up to 15th June, 2025
- 75% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellation made up to 15th July, 2025
- No refund will be made for the requests made after 15th July, 2025
- Registration is not transferable.
- Refunds will be made post conference.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is not applicable for business.
